The KTMK Gloves® Full Rebuild is our most complete glove restoration service. We take your glove down, rebuild the worn interior, and put it back together so the glove you already know and trust can get back on the field and keep creating memories.

🔨 More Than a Relace
This isn't simply replacing the laces.
Your glove is carefully disassembled so we can get to the components you normally never see. Worn interior pieces are removed, new components are fabricated and installed, and the glove is reconstructed from the inside out.
Once the rebuild is complete, we relace, condition, reshape, and finish the glove in our Aberdeen, Washington shop.
It's skilled, hands-on reconstruction designed for gloves that are worth saving.
⏱️ Estimated Turnaround
Approximately 6 weeks from the time your glove arrives at our shop.
Every glove is different, and Full Rebuilds involve extensive hand fabrication and reconstruction. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on the condition of the glove and the extent of the work required.
If additional repairs are needed that could significantly affect the turnaround time, we'll let you know.
🌍 International Mail-In Accepted
We accept gloves from players worldwide. Ship your glove to our Aberdeen, Washington shop — inbound shipping is at your expense. We'll rebuild it and ship it back to you via DHL Express or FedEx. Return shipping and any applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected when your order is placed.
⚠️ Shell Repairs
Full Rebuild service starts at $350.
The base Full Rebuild price covers the interior rebuild and services listed above. Repairs to the glove's exterior shell are not included.
Torn shell leather, damaged or blown-out lace holes, leather patching, damaged welting, web repairs, and other exterior leather reconstruction will be assessed separately.
If we discover additional repairs your glove needs, we'll contact you with the cost and get your approval before performing any additional billable work.
