1. How long does a glove relace take?

Answer:
Most glove relaces are completed in 5–7 business days depending on shop volume. We’ll update you when your glove arrives and notify you when it’s finished and ready to ship or pick up.


2. Do you ship nationwide?

Answer:
Yes! KTMK Gloves serves players across the U.S.. Simply mail us your glove and we’ll handle the rest. We also offer local drop-off and pick-up in Aberdeen, WA.


3. What laces do you use for relacing?

Answer:
We use 100% premium Tennessee Tannery leather laces (a division of Rawlings). They’re made in the USA, durable, and available in many color options to customize your glove.


4. Can I choose my lace color?

Answer:
Yes! We offer a variety of colors. Just let us know your preference when ordering.


5. Do you offer glove repairs beyond relacing?

Answer:
Absolutely. We repair thumb loops, pinky loops, bindings, stitching, and full handstall rebuilds. Whether it’s minor wear or a major repair, KTMK can restore your glove.


6. How does the glove break-in service work?

Answer:
Send us your new glove and we’ll professionally shape the pocket, form the hinge, and condition the leather so it’s game-ready when it comes back to you.


7. How long do custom gloves take?

Answer:
KTMK Pro Series custom Kip gloves typically take 6–8 weeks for manufacturing. We’ll notify you when your order goes into production and provide updates until it’s shipped.


8. Where are you located?

Answer:
KTMK Gloves is based in Aberdeen, Washington. Local players can schedule a drop-off, while out-of-area players can mail in their gloves for service.


9. Do you sell stock gloves?

Answer:
Yes, our KTMK Pro Series Stock Collection features Kip leather gloves ready to ship. Perfect for players who want pro-quality leather without the wait.
