KTMK Gloves LLC Return Policy

At KTMK GLOVES™, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our gloves and services. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Returns (Gloves & Accessories)

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags/packaging. Custom Orders: Custom gloves or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective or incorrect due to our error. Claims for defective or incorrect custom orders must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Relacing, Repair & Restoration Services

Since each glove relace, repair, and restoration is done to order, all service sales are final. If you feel there was a mistake in workmanship, please contact us and we will make it right.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

How to Start a Return

Email us at ken@ktmkgloves.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and return shipping details. Once received and approved, we'll process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business days.
