How It Works

1. Program Consultation

We start with your coach or program representative to discuss roster size, budget, team branding, glove options, timeline, and purchasing process.

2. Program Design

Team colors, logos, embroidery, available glove options, and player personalization are established for the program.

3. Player Builds

Players design their individual KTMK gloves within the options established for the program.

4. Build Approval & Production

Final glove specifications are reviewed and approved before being submitted for production.

Players and/or program representatives are responsible for reviewing and approving names, personalization, colors, sizing, and all glove specifications before production.

Typical production time is approximately 6–8 weeks after final build approval and required payment or approved purchase order.

Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Break-In & Delivery

Every team program glove includes KTMK's professional break-in service before delivery.

Shipping and delivery arrangements are coordinated with the program. Local and regional programs may also qualify for an in-person KTMK Glove Day.

Team Program Details

• 10-glove minimum for team program pricing
• Available to college, high school, travel, club, and other organized baseball and softball programs
• One coach or designated program representative serves as the primary contact with KTMK
• Individual player builds and personalization are available
• Team and school logo use is subject to appropriate authorization
• Professional KTMK break-in is included with program gloves
• Specialty materials, upgrades, additional embroidery, and other special requests may carry an additional charge
• Final glove specifications must be approved before production
• Once a glove has been approved and submitted for production, the order is final and cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect
• Additional gloves and late roster additions may be accommodated when possible and will be priced according to the program's current agreement
• Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order size, customization, and production schedules
• Shipping costs are not included in program pricing and are calculated based on final order size and destination
• Applicable sales tax is additional as required by law
  
  

Payment & Purchase Orders

Private clubs, travel teams, and other non-school organizations: Payment in full is required before gloves are submitted for production.

Schools, colleges, and approved institutions: Official purchase orders are accepted, subject to KTMK approval of the purchase order and payment terms before production begins.

Payment requirements and purchasing arrangements are established before any team order is submitted for production.

Optional KTMK Glove Day

For qualifying programs, KTMK can coordinate an in-person Glove Day experience.

Glove Day may include delivery of completed gloves, professional break-in, player fitting, glove education, adjustments, and direct program support.

Availability and any associated travel or delivery costs are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Continued Program Support

KTMK's relationship with a program doesn't have to end when the gloves are delivered.

As a working glove repair and rebuild shop, KTMK repair, relace, maintenance, break-in, and adjustment services remain available to program players after delivery at current service rates.

Post-delivery services are not included in the original program purchase unless specifically stated in the program agreement.
