About KTMK Gloves

More Than a Glove Company

KTMK Gloves was built from a lifelong love of baseball, craftsmanship, and the belief that every glove has a story.

My name is Ken Ervin, and KTMK was born in a small workshop in Aberdeen, Washington. What started as a passion for repairing and restoring ball gloves has grown into a nationwide business serving players, families, coaches, and teams across the country.

The name KTMK represents the four people who inspire me every day: Ken, Taprina, Malia, and Kensie. Family has always been at the heart of this journey, and that same family-first mindset is built into everything we do.

Whether it's restoring a well-loved glove, building a custom glove from the ground up, or helping a young athlete find the right fit, our goal remains the same:

Serve people well and leave the game better than we found it.

Our Story

For more than 30 years, I've worked as a journeyman carpenter, building things with my hands and taking pride in quality craftsmanship.

What began as repairing gloves for local players quickly turned into something much bigger. Players started sharing their experiences. Families trusted me with gloves that carried years of memories. Coaches reached out. Teams began recommending KTMK to other teams.

Before long, what started as a small side project became a business built around relationships, trust, and a shared love of the game.

Today, KTMK Gloves proudly serves players across the United States through glove repair, restoration, relacing, break-in services, custom glove builds, and collegiate team programs.

But the most rewarding part of this journey has never been the gloves themselves.

It's the people behind them.

Over time, I've realized KTMK is about more than leather, lace, and equipment.

The best part of this journey is the players.

It's watching young athletes chase their dreams. It's celebrating a state championship run. It's recognizing the hard work that often goes unseen. It's seeing teammates become lifelong friends.

It's supporting the families, coaches, photographers, volunteers, and communities that make baseball and softball special.
