Make your glove game-ready with our professional break-in process โ combining precision tools with hand craftsmanship for the perfect pocket and hinge.

- ๐จ Machine + Hand Shaping โ we use a pneumatic air-driven machine ("The Thumper") along with mallet work to open up all hinge points and form the pocket.
- ๐งด Multiple Conditioning & Shaping Sessions โ repeated by hand and machine to reach the ideal softness and structure.
- ๐ฏ ~75% Game-Ready โ your glove arrives well broken-in but still needs final molding by you for a custom fit. Play catch and use it to finish molding to your hand.

- Receive a confirmation email with next steps and our shipping address.
- Ship us your glove/mitt.

Always store your glove with a ball in the pocket โ flat gloves are rough on leather. Our KTMK Glove Wrap is made in-house from strong elastic, machine-sewn, and stamped with our logo on premium Horween leather (the same leather we use for our wallets). Add one at checkout to help preserve your new pocket shape.

Will this over-soften my glove?
No. We target hinges and pocket while preserving structure, so your glove stays responsive and holds shape.
Is this for new or used gloves?
Both. It's great for brand-new gloves and for freshly relaced gloves that need a head-start.
Do you adjust for position?
Yes โ infield, outfield, catcher, first base, or fastpitch preferences. Leave notes at checkout.
