Have the old web? Just send it to us. We'll use it to match the size, shape, hole placement, and construction as closely as possible.
Changing web styles? Different webs don't always use the same lace-hole pattern. Additional holes may need to be added to your glove, and existing holes left by the old web may require modified lacing to keep everything clean and secure.

Turnaround Time
Most replacement web orders are completed within 2–4 weeks after we receive your web or glove, depending on the web style and materials needed.
We'll reach out if your web requires additional time.
Sending It to Us
Web only: Send us your old web with your name and order number. If we need any additional measurements or information to get the fit right, we'll reach out to you.
Web installation or full-service relace: Send us the entire glove or mitt.
You cover shipping to our shop. We cover shipping back to you.
No old web? Send us the glove. We'll fit or build a new web and put everything together for you.
